*Adding A pinch of salt to the batter is completely optional. You can skip it to. But adding salt enhances the flavor of vegetables and fruits in the dosa.
*If you do not have dosa mold pan , use griddle or regular dosa pan.
*Always keep the flame in medium - low while making the dosa. Because more vegetable and fruits puree is added to the batter , dosa tends to be very soft. So it can get easily get burnt in high flame.
*If you find it difficult to turn the dosa on the tawa , then mix few tablespoons of extra dosa batter to the puree and then make it.
